Sfat Em literally means mother tongue, in Hebrew.

The first language we know.

The language we know the best, the language we knew before we were born.

It is in our hearts.

We understand it effortlessly,

as it represents our deepest wishes, who we are, our genuine selves, our strengths.

It is a space of comfort and support.

 

Sfat Em was born from the desire to connect people to their natural state and seeing all the above as basic human needs.

Especially during the precious journey of pregnancy and birth.
